We expressly prohibit:

 • Human trafficking in any form, as defined under applicable international and domestic laws

 • Sex trafficking, exploitation, or commercial sexual exploitation of any person

 • Any involvement of minors (under 18 years of age) in adult content, in any capacity

 • Forced labor, intimidation, threats, debt bondage, fraud, coercion, or abuse of vulnerability

 • Recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of persons for exploitative purposes

 • Content created, obtained, or distributed without the explicit, informed, and voluntary consent of all participants

All individuals appearing in any content produced, published, distributed, or monetized through our services:

 • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of production

 • Must present valid, government-issued photo identification prior to participation

 • Must complete and sign written consent and model release documentation

 • Must provide explicit acknowledgment of the nature of the content and its distribution

 • Must participate voluntarily, without coercion, pressure, manipulation, or compensation tied to third-party control

We maintain secure records of age verification documentation and consent forms in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards, including 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping requirements where applicable.

We conduct reasonable and ongoing due diligence to prevent trafficking, exploitation, or abuse, including:

 • Verification of identity and age prior to content production

 • Screening of collaborators, contractors, and third-party partners

 • Immediate suspension and investigation of any content suspected of involving coercion or unlawful activity

 • Permanent removal of any material found to violate this policy

We do not knowingly partner with, contract with, or provide services to any individual or entity engaged in trafficking, exploitation, or coercive practices.

Any credible allegation or suspicion of human trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual conduct will be taken seriously and may result in:

 • Immediate content removal

 • Termination of contracts or accounts

 • Notification of relevant authorities

 • Full cooperation with law enforcement and regulatory agencies
